The manner in which Giselle Riordan was deprived of her Conservatee Rights was very similar to the way that Heidi Yauman was deprived of her Fair Housing Rights by Markham Plaza / EAH Housing Property Management. Both businesseshad mistakenly thought that the Public Guardian would be able to protect them from being held accountable for their crimes ofelder abuse.
The following State Court Officials were directly involved in BOTH the Villa Fontana and Markham Plaza Apartments Scandals.
SANTA CLARA COUNTY PROBATE COURT INVESTIGATOR: YARA RUIZ
JUDGES THOMAS CAIN & JUDGE SOCRATES MANOUKIAN.
