Both Probate Court Cases were assigned to Judge Thomas Cain and the Civil Court Cases were assigned to Judge Socrates Manoukian – Department 19.
The manner in which Giselle Riordan was deprived of her Conservatee Rights was very similar to the way that Heidi Yauman was deprived of her Fair Housing Rights by Markham Plaza / EAH Housing Property Management. Additionally, the following individuals were involved in both the cases in which private businesses engaged in a corrupt arrangement with the Santa Clara County Public Guardian. Both businesseshad mistakenly thought that the Public Guardian would be able to protect them from being held accountable for their crimes ofelder abuse.

I’m glad to see you guys are bringing attention to Markham Plaza and EAH Housing in San Jose because they deserve all the heat and attention they can get. Thank you for exposing the truth about these disgusting people who claim that it is a crime to help poor Heidi Yauman who was treated terribly by Elaine Bouchard and EAH Corporate had the obligation and responsibility to stop this! Shame on Judge Socrates Manoukian and all the other criminals who participated in these dastardly acts! EAH Housing and the Public Guardian’s office are a bunch of obscene sickos for treating an innocent person with a traumatic brain injury this way & for threatening her advocates with violence and false charges! These sick people should spend the rest of their lives in prison.
